This policy describes information handled through the Arena Football One website. AF1 manages the website hosting; the league or team responsible for this site manages its content, staff access and fan enquiries.
Information you provide: website forms may collect your name, email address and the message or request you submit. Newsletter signup collects your email address and subscription preferences. Staff accounts contain account details, access permissions and security records. Do not submit payment card details, medical information or other sensitive information through general website forms.
How information is used: to respond to enquiries, manage requested subscriptions, operate and secure staff accounts, and maintain the website. Newsletter subscriptions require confirmation. Unsubscribing stops future subscription messages; a preference record may remain so that the choice can be respected.
Cookies and storage: necessary storage supports staff sign-in, preferences and site operation. Staff sessions last up to 12 hours. Your analytics choice is remembered for up to 180 days in this browser. Some preferences last until you clear browser storage.
Optional Google Analytics: when a site administrator has connected an Analytics ID, the Google tag loads only after you accept analytics. It measures site visits and page views. Advertising storage, personalization and Google signals are disabled by this integration. Choose Reject analytics or use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawal stops future tracking; it does not erase information already sent to Google.
Service providers: website hosting and public image storage use Vercel, website database storage uses Neon, and configured website email uses Resend. These services process information needed to operate the website. Public news, photos and uploaded website images are intended for public viewing.
External services: YouTube videos, Statside sports widgets, ticketing sites, merchandise stores and social networks have their own policies and may receive technical information when opened or embedded. The website analytics choice does not control these separate services. Read their policies before using them.
Retention and requests: information is kept for the purposes described here, including operational backups and security records. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact the site using the contact option below. The responsible team or league reviews requests, including records it needs to retain for operational or legal reasons.
